About The GOOD Method
I'm Paul Clark, founder of The GOOD Method.
The GOOD Method wasn't created in a boardroom or a classroom. It was built through real-life experience.
After losing my career during the financial crisis of 2007–2008, I spent years rebuilding my life while working multiple jobs to keep my home and support my family. Along the way, I came to realise that debt is rarely just a money problem. More often, it's a problem of behaviour, habits and the choices available to us.
That experience led me to a simple question:
How do we create more choice and control in our lives, irrespective of our social or economic background?
The GOOD Method is my attempt to answer that question.
Through books, practical tools, and a growing collection of articles, conversations and resources, I aim to help people better understand themselves, make more informed decisions and create lasting positive change.
My goal isn't to tell people what to do. It's to provide practical frameworks that encourage reflection, improve decision-making and help people take greater control of their lives.
I believe that when we create more choice and control in our lives, we create the opportunity for Lifestyle Freedom.
That's what The GOOD Method is all about.
