The Shakti Acupressure Mat
I bought the Shakti Mat after hearing so many positive reviews, and I'm pleased to say it has lived up to the hype. It has become a regular part of my own wellbeing routine, sitting alongside walking, light strength training and stretching as a simple way to relax and unwind after a busy day.
It isn't a miracle product, nor is it a substitute for medical treatment, but I genuinely enjoy using it and the quality is outstanding. If you're looking for a premium acupressure mat from a company with an excellent reputation, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend the Shakti Mat.

COROS Heart Rate Monitor
As I prepare to return to running after surgery, this is the heart rate monitor I've chosen to pair with my COROS watch. Wrist-based heart rate monitoring has improved considerably, but a dedicated arm monitor still offers greater accuracy during training while being far more comfortable than a traditional chest strap.
Why it's in GOOD Resources
Comfortable arm-worn design
Accurate heart rate data
Automatic wear detection
Up to 38 hours battery life
Connects to up to three Bluetooth devices
